415Typing practice while listening to lofi beats and drinking my big cup of coffee (only coffee of the day)
435Write – working on ‘Music when the lights go out’
530 OR 6 (depending on day)Exercise. Run Tues, Thurs, Sat. Calisthenics all other days.
630 OR 7Cold shower, relax and get ready for work
845Work
5Relax, dinner, kids to bath and bed
8Read
815Sleep
